Goods Delivery
Generally, lead time is between 20 and 30 days after receiving of the advance payment and confirmation of all order details &/or samples.
We may need 20-25 days to open the mould for new products. So lead time will be about 60 days if plus the time for sample confirmation.
Both sea and air transportation are available.

Sample & Small Order Delivery
Generally, free samples can be delivered when get customer's courier account:
If postage prepaid or samples are charged, we will deliver it upon receiving of customer's payment(can be very soon if by western union)
If requested samples are not available from stock or need open moulds, your patience is kindly requested for about 30 days after your pay of mould cost.

EMS is preferred as a prepaid courier for it's competitive price.

DHL is preferred for collection, especially for free samples.



Customer has option to:
DHL, UPS & FedEx: Just need to send us your courier account # for collection of parcel, we can call them to pick up the parcel directly;
Consult us for postage evaluation of above Expresses.
